Shane at SpringLight was very helpful on the choice of motorhome and Stan the Van performed brilliantly over the hire period. Shane was clear with the vehicle handover and on return and very helpful with motels and campsites recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpringLight for touring New Zealand!

We had a fantastic experience hiring this motorhome. Shane was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and always answered our questions clearly and informatively. The van itself was immaculatejust like brand newand the handover was thorough and easy to understand. Everything went smoothly, even when we noticed a small issue with the camping gear (four chairs instead of three chairs and a table). When I contacted Shane to check whether the table might have been stored somewhere wed missed, he was quick to respond and offered to organise a click-and-collect for us at Bunnings in Queenstown, which we really appreciated. The thoughtful touch of little New Zealand treats left for us was a lovely surprise and made our trip feel extra special. To top it off, Shane kindly dropped us at the airport at the end of our trip so we could pick up our hire car. Thanks so much, Shanewe wouldnt hesitate to recommend you!

We had a great 2 weeks touring the South Island. Stan's the van, it was very well equipped. Everything was brand new and present in prestige condition. Shan gave a very detailed hand over. Communication was tops and Shan was totally helpful and always at hand. Totally satisfied and recommend

Absolutely perfect experience! Our RV (Stan) was in incredible condition. It was stocked with all the necessities to make the trip enjoyable. Shane was excellent with communication and providing all the information needed. Skip the overpriced companies and go with Springlight to get better quality and price.

This was our 2nd booking with Shane because we couldnt rate his exceptional service high enough the first time. All communication with Shane was very punctual and hes full of knowledge about the vans. The van was in immaculate condition as was brand new, Shane provides some lovely wee goodies in the van. Shane was brilliant right from the moment of booking all the way through. Prompt responses with the right answers, good advice and helpful tips. The handover was efficient with good information on how to use all aspects of the van. Stan was clean and very well kitted out with everything that you are likely to need. On return the handover was efficient and he dropped us back to the airport which was awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend SpringLight motorhomes and will definitely be booking with them again

We cant thank Shane from SpringLight enough! We have had the most wonderful trip around the South Island in Stan the van. Our motorhome was immaculately clean and all the things included such as bedding, towels, camp chairs and kitchen items made the trip so much easier for us. The optional extras we could add were really handy too - highly recommend adding on the BBQ!! The NZ food treats in the van were a lovely personal touch too! Shane gave us a really detailed handover upon collection which put us at ease having not driven a motorhome before. He was also very quick at replying to any messages we had during our hire. Everything on the van worked perfectly - the van is clearly very well maintained and looked after. We will definitely recommend SpringLight to anyone planning a trip to NZ!

Loved our trip in Stan. Everything worked beautifully. Shane was great - explained all when we arrived, was extremely accommodating (esp on return time) and highly responsive whenever we needed anything. The van itself was great (v clean & well equipped) and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend & will be recommending to friends and family.

We had a fantastic time exploring NewZealand! The whole experience was super smooth and a great way to see the country. Check-in was a breeze. We were picked up right from the airport, guided through the process, and got some great tips for our trip. Within an hour of landing, we were already on the road to our first adventure! Before we left for New Zealand, we received an email with all the info we needed, including app suggestions and campsite recommendations. Shane was amazing and always there to help. We felt well-taken-care-of throughout our entire trip. Even when we had a little accident (a minor fender bender) on the second day, Shane was quick to respond. It didnt slow us down at all! Also a thing to mention is number of personal touches and the new zealand snacks that we were introduced to by Shane and his wife. Support small businesses!!! The guys are awesome and put their heart and soul into it.
